There are two kinds of marketing staff in my company. It is inside office marketing staff and mobile marketing. Inside office means the employees only work at office as the administrative staff. Mobile marketing is always mobile with a great responsibility to pursue high selling rate. To make it efficient, my company uses a great car allowance strategy which is provided by CRS Inc, a special company which provides service for company in managing car allowance to minimize the expenditure of company. With this scenario, my company doesn’t need to spend money to buy vehicles because the vehicles come from the employees, company only provides the fuel and maintenance cost.
